b. Hanger. The fan shall have a hanger that will be used with the door bar to horizontally or vertically hang the fan from the door. The length of the hanger shall be a minimum of six inches and shall not weigh more than 10 pounds.
5. Operational Orientation. ‘me portable fan shall be able to operate in a horizontal or vertical position,
6. Balance. The portable fan shall be balanced so as to operate at 115 volts without having tobe restrained from moving across a wet steel deck during a five minute time period.
7. Durability. The portable fan shall withstand the drop test.
8. Performance. The air flow for the portable fan shall not be less than 3000 cubic feet per minute when measured at free air delivery (i.e. static pressure - zero inches of water).
9. Identification plate. The portable fan shall have an identification plate installed on the exterior of its casing conforming to MIL-P-15024 and MIL-P-15024/5. The identification plate shall contain the following information:

10. Technical manuals. When specified in the contract or order, a technical manual shall be prepared and delivered with each portable fan.
11. Drawings. When specified in the contract or order, drawings and motor winding data and parts list shall be prepared.
